Technical support for the GasFinder, GasFinderMC/FC/AB, and GasView products is handled by the Boreal Laser factory. Should you require on-site service, a visit can be arranged by either an employee of Boreal Laser or one of our international agents.

Please contact us during business hours (9:00 am. - 5:00 pm. Mountain Standard Time (GMT -7)) to speak with us directly. Many problems can be solved over the phone. If the instrument must be shipped to the factory, please follow the provided shipping information in order to expedite return.
